- 配線基板に対して中心導体、容量トリマ導体、
インピーダンストリマ導体及び結合コイル導体が
一定の関係をもつて立体的に配置されるＵＨＦ共
振器において、上記中心導体、容量トリマ導体、
インピーダンストリマ導体及び結合コイル導体を
一体の導体で形成したことを特徴とするＵＨＦ共
振器。
