駆動信号を発生するウインドウコンパレータと、 前記駆動信号を増幅して駆動手段を駆動する電
力増幅器とを備え、 前記ウインドウコンパレータの出力信号たる前
記駆動信号に、前記位相補償された信号を加える
ことによりスライダー送り駆動信号としたことを
