- 水入れ凹部を有する本体と、この本体の前記水
入れ凹部上に水平に支持される多孔板と、前記本
体に着脱可能に装着され前記水入れ凹部および多
孔板を略気密的に覆う蓋とを具備し、前記本体お
よび蓋の少なくとも一部が抵抗率１〜５０ＭΩcm
の半導体で形成されたことを特徴とする電子レン
ジ用蒸し器。
