、第１状態にて前記供給通路を介した前記油圧ポ
ンプの吐出口と前記制御バルブの流入口との連通
を許容しかつ第２状態にて前記アキユムレータの
接続位置の両側にて前記供給通路を閉じるととも
に前記アキユムレータの接続位置を迂回したバイ
パス通路を介して前記油圧ポンプの吐出口と前記
制御バルブの流入口との連通を許容する切り換え
バルブと、操舵ハンドルの操舵速度を検出する操
舵速度検出手段と、前記検出操舵速度が所定速度
より遅いとき前記切り換えバルブを第１状態に設
定制御しかつ同検出操舵速度が前記所定速度より
速いとき前記切り換えバルブを第２状態に設定制
御する切り換え制御手段とを備えたことを特徴と
