Claims (1)
- 磁性板により形成された第１乃至第４のヨーク
１０ａ，１０ｂ，１０ｃ，１０ｄが順次略平行に
配列され、第１及び第２のヨーク１０ａ，１０ｂ
間にそれらを磁化する第１の永久磁石１２ａを、
第２及び第３のヨーク１０ｂ，１０ｃ間に半導体
磁気検出素子１１を、第３及び第４のヨーク１０
ｃ，１０ｄ間にそれらを磁化しかつ前記第１の永
久磁石と磁石の向きが反対となるように第２の永
久磁石１２ｂをそれぞれ配設し、該第１及至第４
のヨーク端部を回転する磁性体の回転体１４の歯
１５に対向させると共に、前記第１及び第３のヨ
ークの端部における間隔寸法並びに前記第２及び
第４のヨークの端部における間隔寸法を、前記回
転体１４のピツチ寸法と一致させたことを特徴と
する回転センサ。
