Claims (1)
- 貫流フアンを用いてレーザ媒質ガスを主放電電
極間および予備電離電極間の空間領域に循環させ
るようにしたガスレーザ装置において、前記貫流
フアンの駆動軸の両端にレーザ媒質ガスの一部を
レーザチヤンバ内に面したミラーまたは窓の表面
に強制的に吹きつける遠心送風機を配したことを
特徴とするガスレーザ装置。
