Claims (1)
- グリツド制御によるパルスの電子ビームを放射
形成するグリツド付電子銃部と前記電子ビームと
の相互作用により高周波を増幅する高周波回路部
と、該高周波回路部内に沿つて前記電子ビームを
一定の太さに集束する集束磁界装置部と前記高周
波回路部との相互作用を行なつた前記電子ビーム
を補足するためのコレクタ部にて構成されるパル
スマイクロ波管において、前記電子銃部のシヤド
ウグリツド支持板に、タングステン等の熱膨張率
の小さな金属棒からなる変形防止用棒がろう付さ
れていることを特徴とするマイクロ波管。
