係合部を形成するとともに、該本体に嵌合する円
筒状蓋体の端縁に前記係合部に係合する係止片を
突設し、そして前記本体と蓋体の接合部対向位置
にそれぞれの端縁を切欠して多角孔を形成し、該
多角孔にリング状の係止環の一部に形成した多角
柱を段階的に回転可能に遊嵌し、更に前記本体の
他側端縁から内方位置に吸盤を収容し得る空間を
設けて底面を一体形成し、該底面の中心部に形成
した係合孔に前記吸盤の突起を係合装着してなる
