両側にて連続して起立する帯状の耳桟と、各耳桟
間にて横方向に延びかつ長手方向に所定のピツチ
で起立する板状の横桟とを一体に有する桟付きベ
ルトを設け、この桟付きベルトをメンプーリに巻
回し、無端かつ帯状のベルト部材を桟付きベルト
の荷受け面側に近接対面させてサブプーリに巻回
