Claims (1)
- Ｘ線管の陰極側バルブ外径部に絶縁材料からな
る支持体を取付け、これを介してＸ線管容器に支
持、固定しているＸ線管装置において、陰極側バ
ルブ外径部と支持体内径部との間、および支持体
外径部とＸ線管容器内壁との間に、それぞれ弾性
材料からなるスペーサを挿入して取付け固定した
ことを特徴とするＸ線管装置。
