Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被処理ガス導入路１、乾式除湿部４およびガス
    導出路７が、その順序に結合したものであつて、
    前記乾式除湿部４は、函体６の内部が除湿剤を含
    有せしめたハニカムロータ５の内蔵によつて、入
    側区６ａと出側区６ｂとに区分せられ、前記ハニ
    カムロータ５の両側面に当接し、かつ相対向する
    一対の再生流路用フード１２，１３が設けられ、
    その入側フード１２は、函体出側区分６ｂに設け
    られている加熱器１０を伴つた管路１１に接続し
    、出側フード１３は、管路１４により、冷却除湿
    部２または２′を介して前記被処理ガス導入路１
    に接続したものであることを特徴とするガス除湿
    装置。
