Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 機器における熱影響を受ける均熱化対象部を中
    空状とし、該中空状部内に開口させて容器を取り
    付け、該容器に熱媒を貯溜すると共に、該熱媒を
    加熱する加熱装置を前記容器に装備する一方、前
    記中空状部に真空排気装置を連通させ、前記加熱
    装置により熱媒を加熱蒸発させて蒸発熱媒の凝縮
    による放熱・加熱により、機器を一定温度に保つ
    ようにしたことを特徴とする均熱装置。
