The traveling body reversing means engages with a retractable actuating rod provided at an appropriate position of each spinning machine and the actuating rod provided on the traveling body and protruding to an operating position, thereby switching the motor circuit between forward and reverse directions. The traveling body temporary stop means includes a transmitting member provided on the traveling body, a receiving member provided at an appropriate position near the entrance of the traveling body of the spinning machine, and a stop operation circuit for opening and closing the traveling body drive circuit. A travel regulating device for a blow-off cleaning traveling body for a spinning machine, characterized in that the stop operation circuit is opened in response to a stop signal and a signal received from a receiving member to stop the traveling body. 3. A travel regulating device for a blow-off cleaning traveling body for a spinning machine according to claim 2, wherein the transmitting member and the receiving member include a projector and a light receiver.
