- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) マイクロストリツプ線路を終端するマイク
ロ波終端器において、複数の異なる共振周波数の
各波長の１／４の長さを有する複数の終端開放ス
タブの一端を共通接続するとともに、該複数の終
端開放のスタブの共通接続端を信号伝送路である
マイクロストリツプ線路の終端に連繋したことを
特徴とするマイクロ波終端器。 (2) 前記複数の各終端開放スタブは矩形状に形
成されることを特徴とする請求項１記載のマイク
ロ波終端器。 (3) 前記複数の各終端開放スタブは半径がそれ
ぞれ異なる共振周波数の各波長の１／４でありか
つ開放端側が弧状になるように扇形に形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項１記載のマイクロ波終端
器。
