流器、５：第１のスイツチング素子、６：コンデ
ンサ、１１：第１の電圧検出器、１２：第２の電
圧検出器、１３：第２のスイツチング素子、１４
：抵抗。
図、第２図はコンデンサの充電電圧特性を示す電
圧波形である。 図中、１：交流電源、２：電源変圧器、３：整
流器、５：第１のスイツチング素子、６：コンデ
ンサ、１１：第１の電圧検出器、１２：第２の電
圧検出器、１３：第２のスイツチング素子、１４
：抵抗。
Claims (1)
- 溶接ガンを用いて母材にスタツドを溶接するた
めの溶接エネルギを蓄えるコンデンサと、このコ
ンデンサの充電電圧を設定、検出する第１の電圧
検出回路と、上記第１の電圧検出回路で設定され
た充電電圧レベルを越える電圧を検出する第２の
電圧検出回路と、上記コンデンサの充電回路の第
１のスイツチング素子に並列に接続された抵抗及
び第２のスイツチング素子の直列回路から成る充
電調整回路とを有し、上記コンデンサの充電電圧
が設定された充電電圧レベルに達した時上記第１
のスイツチング素子をしや断すると共に上記第２
の電圧検出回路の出力信号により上記第２のスイ
ツチング素子を点弧して充電調整回路を介して上
記コンデンサの充電を続けるように構成したこと
を特徴とするアナログ制御式コンデンサ放電型ス
タツド溶接装置。
