る方向切換弁2,3,4,5に連動して中立位置
で導通するよう開閉制御されるバイパス油路6と
、該方向切換弁のタンクポートからの戻り油が通
るタンク通路7との間に、該バイパス油路の導通
時にパイロツト操作圧力を一次側に生ずる圧力発
生弁8を接続し、該パイロツト操作圧力の発生時
にはポンプ吐出量を減少し、又該パイロツト操作
圧力を生じない時はポンプ吐出量を増大するよう
に、圧力発生弁の一次側圧力で制御されるポンプ
吐出量制御装置を設けた建設機械等の油圧回路に
おいて、タンク通路7の下流部の油冷却器16を
通る第1通路7aにこれと並列にバイパス用の第
2通路7bを接続し、該第1通路を開いて第2通
路を閉じるように常時賦勢され、パイロツト操作
圧力により第1通路を閉じた時は第2通路が開く
