The present invention relates to an electric wire fixing device which is fixed at a predetermined position in a desired mold at a constant interval, and which is embedded and molded integrally in the connector, plug, etc.

方法も採られているが作業性が悪かつた。(Conventional technology) A connector is attached to the tip of the wire using the conventional injection molding method.
When integrally molding a plug or the like, a desired electric wire is led into a mold (not shown), the ends of a plurality of fixtures (not shown) are inserted, and the wires are fixed at predetermined positions from the outside. For this purpose, a large number of fixtures are prepared, placed in the center of the desired connector, plug, etc. to be molded, and fixed so that a constant distance between the wires is maintained. Furthermore, a method has been adopted in which a fixture is provided in the recess of the mold, but the workability is poor.

る。 After fixing the electric wire 3 with the electrode sleeve 2 connected to the tip inside the mold using a fixture, molten synthetic resin made of an insulating material heated to 300 to 400°C is injected into the mold under considerable pressure. After the resin has hardened, the mold is removed and these fixtures are removed, but during the molding process, the molten resin may partially leak from around the fixtures, and the leaked resin remains as burrs. I have to scrape this off. Furthermore, after the fixtures are removed, as many holes 4 as there are fixtures remain as shown in FIG. 9, so dust and the like often enter through these holes, which may affect the internal wires.

Then, pass through the electric wire with the electrode sleeve or tag connected to the tip, place and fix the electric wire at a predetermined position in a desired mold, and inject a desired molten synthetic resin into the mold together with the electric wire. The electric wire is molded so as to be integrally embedded within the molded connector or plug, and the electric wire is placed in the center of the connector or plug.

出成形工程に備える。"Operation of the invention" The two parts 3a of the electric wire 3 with the electrode sleeve 2 connected to the tips thereof are passed through the wire fixture 10a, the one part 3b is penetrated into the through hole 12 of the fixture 10, and the seventh part 3b is passed through the through hole 12 of the fixture 10.
As shown in the figure, the electric wires 3a, 3b are fitted into the recess 26 of the lower mold 24, and the protrusions 14 of the fixtures 10, 10a are supported on the inner wall of the recess, and the electric wires 3a, 3b are centered within the recess of the mold. The arrangement is fixed, and the upper mold 20 is integrated with the lower mold from above, in preparation for the next injection molding process.

改善される。"Effect of the invention" As mentioned above, the wire fixing device 10 according to this invention,
10a, one part 3b, two part 3 of electric wire 3
a are arranged and fixed at the center of the recesses 22, 26 of the upper and lower molding molds 20, 24, and the molten synthetic resin is press-fitted into the molds under high pressure.
10a is buried so that the wire does not shift from the center and is removed from the mold after the resin hardens, the molded connector 1
Since the electric wire 3 is placed at the center of the mold, the insulation effect is not impaired, and unlike the conventional case, if a fixture is provided from the outside and the electric wire is fixed in the mold,
Since there is no hole left around the connector 1 after removing the fixing tool, the finish is beautiful and no dust or the like can enter the connector. Furthermore, workability is considerably improved.
