、 他方のフランジ体のフランジ部の反接合面上に
、反接合方向に伸びる係合部を形成し、 前記一方のフランジ体に形成した反り片の複数
個に跨がるだけの幅広に形成した弾性連結片の両
端に、弾性連結片面に対して鋭角に、かつ同一側
に延出する弾性係合片を形成した複数のクリツプ
を設け、 該複数のクリツプを、その各々の一方の弾性係
合片を前記他方のフランジ体の係合部に外方から
係合させると共に、他方の弾性係合片の内面を前
記一方のフランジ体の対応する複数の反り片外端
にわたつて外方から係合させ、該弾性係合片およ
び弾性連結片の弾性力に抗して、反り片外端が他
方の弾性係合片の基部に侵入するまで押入して両
フランジ部外周上に所定間隔をおいて固定して成
り、 両フランジ体のフランジ部をクリツプの弾性連
結片の弾性力によつて挾圧・接続して成ることを
