Claims (1)
- 下部にスリツトを有する炉内に合金を装入し、
加熱溶解後、不活性ガスにより、回転する冷却ロ
ール上に加圧噴出し、非晶質金属を製造する方法
において、加圧開始時に、炉内圧力の脈動緩和用
タンク（以下バツフアタンクと記す）にあらかじ
め予圧を与え、その与圧により初期（立上り時）
の噴出圧力を得ることを特徴とする炉内圧力制御
方法。
