Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 断熱材により区画される外側通気層と内側
    通気層とを有する建築物の断熱構造であつて、基
    礎の外周に断熱材もしくはその一部に木材が断熱
    材の面方向に張り巡らされており、この木材もし
    くは断熱材と連続するように、外壁材および屋根
    材の室内側に断熱材が面方向に張り巡らされてい
    ることを特徴とする建築物の断熱構造。 (2) 建築物の外壁材および屋根材の室内側に、
    外側通気層と内側通気層とを分離して形成するよ
    うに上記外壁部および屋根部の断熱材が設けられ
    ている構成において、外側通気層と内側通気層と
    が直接には相互に連通しないように、しかも当該
    内側通気層が屋根裏空間および床下空間と常時連
    通するように、断熱材が面方向に張り巡らされて
    おり、 この建築物に、外気と床下空間とを床下開閉ダ
    ンパにより適宜連通する床下換気口と、前記外側
    通気層と内側通気層とを棟下近傍で棟下開閉ダン
    パにより適宜連通する棟下換気口とが形成してあ
    ることを特徴とする請求項第１項に記載の建築物
    の断熱構造。 (3) 前記外側通気層の下端部もしくは上端部の
    少なくともいずれか一方が外気に開放しているこ
    とを特徴とする請求項第１項に記載の建築物の断
    熱構造。 (4) 前記外側通気層と内側通気層とが、土台も
    しくは基礎またはその近傍で連通していることを
    特徴とする請求項第２項に記載の建築物の断熱構
    造。
