を示す概略説明図、第１２図は角速度の検出状態
を示す概略説明図である。 １はケーシング、４は気体ポンプ、５は電極ホ
ルダ、６ａ〜６ｄは電極、７ａ，７ｂはホツトワ
イヤ、８はノズル孔、２０，２１は電極支持板、
２０ａはくびれ部、２３はテーパ状支持壁部であ
る。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケーシング１内に設けられた気体ポンプ４
、複数の電極６ａ〜６ｄに設けられた一対のホツ
トワイヤ７ａ，７ｂを有する電極ホルダ５及び前
記電極ホルダ５に対向して設けられノズル孔８を
有するノズル板１０とを備え、前記ノズル孔８か
らのガス流が前記ホツトワイヤ７ａ，７ｂに供給
されるようにしたセンサー装置において、前記電
極６ａ〜６ｄは、一対の電極支持板２０，２１に
形成された導体パターンよりなることを特徴とす
るセンサー装置。 (2) 前記各電極支持板２０，２１の上部には、
テーパ状支持壁部２３が内方向きに延出して形成
されているようにしたことを特徴とする請求項１
記載のセンサー装置。 (3) 前記各電極支持板２０，２１のうち、一方
の電極支持板２０には、くびれ部２０ａが形成さ
れ、角速度検出機能と加速度検出機能とを有する
ように構成したことを特徴とする請求項１又は２
記載のセンサー装置。
