、１１ｃ，１１ｄ…圧力検知部、２４…減圧機構
、２５，２６…圧力センサ。

Claims (1)
- 流入孔と流出孔が本体に設けられ、該本体の上
記流入孔と流出孔の間に流入孔から送り込まれる
流体を所定圧力に減圧して流出孔に流す減圧機構
が装設された減圧弁において、上記本体の流入孔
側と流出孔側の両方、若しくはいずれか一方に肉
厚を薄くした圧力検知部が形成されるとともに、
該圧力検知部の外面に圧力センサが取り付けられ
たことを特徴とする減圧弁。
