て回動可能な蓋有し、蓋を回動させた時に蓋の端
部に接触する停止片を設けると共に、これよりさ
らに蓋を回動させて蓋が框体から外れる場合の蓋
軸受部の框体シヤフトに対する噛み合い量を少な
くした肉厚として、蓋が框体から外れる様にした
