- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 非反転入力端子及び反転入力端子が接続された
差動増幅部と、該差動増幅部に接続された出力部
とを設けてなるオペアンプにおいて、 上記出力部の最終段を、ＰＭＯＳ ＦＥＴを駆
動側のトランジスタとするソースホロワ回路と、
ｎＭＯＳ ＦＥＴを駆動側のトランジスタとする
ソースホロワ回路とを並列接続して構成したこと
を特徴とするオペアンプ。
