A woodgrain pattern is printed and formed, and a raised pattern is formed with a grain paint in a part corresponding to the autumn wood part of the pattern. Next, a method is to print the part corresponding to the spring material part with erasable ink.

The above-mentioned erasing paint is ordinary paint or ink mixed with an erasing agent, and the erasing agent includes diatomaceous earth, magnesium silicate, silica powder, talc, clay, alumina white, magnesium carbonate, silicic anhydride, and stearin. Acid aluminum etc. are used.

(c) The erasing agent is fixed by the non-volatile content of the vehicle in the paint, and the less the non-volatile content is, the better the erasing effect is, but the weaker the coating film becomes. Furthermore, if a topcoat is applied after painting with an eraser or printing, the eraser effect disappears, making it impossible to apply a topcoat and weakening the coating.

(d) If you print with a paint that has a burlap after painting it with a burlap, or if you print with a paint that has a burlap and then print with a burlap ink, the part where you want to erase the burlap or have a burlap is reversed because of fog during printing. It may be present or faded, reducing its effectiveness.

The present invention aims to solve the problems of the prior art as described above. That is, in the cosmetic material of the present invention, the undercoat film 2 is formed using a paint 2a with a high pigment content,
An ink that does not use an erasing agent to form the patterns 3 and 4 is infiltrated into the undercoat film 2 to form the erasable patterns 3 and 4, and a top coat is applied on the raised pattern part 5 with the edges. The paint 6a flows down and penetrates into the base coating film 2 other than the raised pattern portion 5.

The present invention has the above-described configuration to provide a decorative material having a highly strong, uniformly faded surface, and a textured surface.

以下本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

(1) As shown in Figure 1 a○, the base material 1 is thin paper whose surface has been treated with a sealer or impregnated with resin, and the surface is coated with a pigment-rich paint 2a, such as a water-soluble acrylic emulsion paint. An undercoat is applied and dried to form an undercoat film 2.

Since the undercoat film 2 contains a large amount of pigment, many voids 12 are formed between the pigments 11 by drying, as shown in FIG.

(2) Next, as shown in FIG. 1 b○, a spring wood grain pattern 3 and an autumn wood grain pattern 4 are printed on the undercoat film 2 using ordinary inks 3a and 4a.

(3) Next, as shown in Fig. 1 c○, a transparent paint 5a colored or uncolored is applied to the space 12 between the pigments 11 of the undercoat film 2 in accordance with the grain pattern 4 of the autumn wood. The embossed pattern 5 is formed by embossed printing so as to further fill the pattern. Since the raised pattern 5 is formed with the transparent paint 5a, the autumn wood grain pattern 4 is made to stand out on the lower layer due to the lens effect, so that the pattern itself has a convex shape.

In Fig. 1 c○, the void 12 in the lower part x of the autumn wood grain pattern 4 is completely filled with the transparent paint 5a of the raised pattern 5 and the paint 4a of the autumn wood grain pattern 4, and as a result, A raised pattern 5 is formed on the upper surface of the portion x.

(4) Next, apply a transparent top coat to the entire surface using transparent acrylic emulsion paint as shown in d○ in Figure 1. At the same time as the top coat 6a is applied, the void 1 of the undercoat film 2 is applied to the 3 parts of the wood grain pattern of the spring wood part.
2 cooperates with the ink 3a to penetrate to the extent that it does not fill the voids 12, resulting in a faded appearance. In the 4th part of the wood grain pattern of the autumn wood part, 5th part of the raised pattern is formed, and the top coat 6a is applied to the undercoat film 2.
It does not penetrate and appears to have a ridged appearance. Next, it is dried to form a top coat film 6.

In this way, the wood grain pattern 3 of the spring wood without a shank is created.

(5) A decorative board can be obtained by adhering the decorative paper to a plate-like body made of an organic material, an inorganic material, a mixture of organic and inorganic materials, or a mixture of organic and inorganic materials.

(6) The undercoat paint 2a and the top coat paint 6a are mutually incompatible paints, for example, when one is water-based or water-soluble, the other is oil-based or oil-soluble. Top coat paint 6a and base coat paint 2
When using a paint that is compatible with a, the undercoat film 2 can be formed by applying the topcoat paint 6a.
The surface tension of the paint prevents it from penetrating between the pigments in the undercoat film, and the paint is applied with the gaps remaining.

For this reason, the top coat paint 6a remains on the wood grain pattern of the spring wood, and it is not possible to create a matte finish.
Moreover, since voids remain, the adhesion of the coating film becomes poor.
