- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外釜３と内釜２との間でスチームジヤケツトを
形成してなる釜本体１と、 釜本体１を支持する両端部の支軸４と、 各支軸４を支点として外釜３に固定した中空の
キヤツプ７と、 外釜３と内釜２との間に内蔵した蒸気の導入管
５並びにドレンの排出管６とを備えた蒸気釜にお
いて、 上記導入管５の上流端並びに排出管６の下流端
を、支軸４より下方位置でキヤツプ７内部にそれ
ぞれ開口させるとともに、これらキヤツプ７を介
して各支軸４の空胴部４ｂに連通させたことを特
徴とする蒸気釜。
