Claims (1)
- 鏡体或いは排気系を真空焼出しができる電子顕
微鏡或いはその類似装置において、その真空焼出
し装置が加熱部と加熱電源部とより成り、該加熱
部に温度検出手段を設け、該加熱電源部に電源接
断機能（ＯＮ―ＯＦＦ機能）と記憶素子を持つた
シーケンス回路を設け、該加熱部の温度を自動的
に制御する事ができることを特徴とする電子顕微
鏡とその類似装置。
