部の縦断側面図、第２図は従来の電動工具の要部
の縦断側面図である。 １はモータ軸、２は伝達軸、３は出力軸、１０
は遊星歯車、１１は２段歯車装置、１２は高速用
歯車、１３は低速用歯車、１４はクラツチプレー
ト、１５，１６は圧縮コイルばね、１７はクラツ
チ機構。

は遊星歯車、１１は２段歯車装置、１２は高速用

Claims (1)
- 駆動モータの速度変換装置に介在する高速用歯
車と低速用歯車を切換えて高速と低速を切換える
ようにした電動工具において、上記駆動モータの
軸と連動する遊星歯車と、大歯車と小歯車を有し
、上記遊星歯車と連動する２段歯車装置と、上記
大歯車に噛合する上記高速用歯車と上記小歯車に
噛合する上記低速用歯車を回転自在に支承し、上
記駆動モータの回転を出力軸に伝達する伝動軸と
、該伝動軸に設けたスプライン部と上記高速用歯
車および上記低速用歯車に設けたスプライン部と
に係合し、軸方向に摺動可能なクラツチプレート
とを設け、上記２段歯車装置を上記駆動モータの
軸と上記出力軸により軸支するようにしたことを
特徴とする電動工具の速度変換装置。
