１はシリンダ、１ａは内壁、４は流体供給口、
７はピストン、８はＯリング、９は弾性体、１０
は移動体である。

Claims (1)
の流体の供給により、ピストン７を軸方向に移動
させるようにしたシリンダ装置において、前記ピ
ストン７の外周に設けられたＯリング８と、前記
ピストン７の一端７ｃに弾性体９を介して設けら
れ前記Ｏリング８に当接する移動体１０とを備え
、前記流体供給口４からの流体の供給により前記
弾性体９が圧縮され、前記Ｏリング８が前記移動
体１０によつて押圧されることにより前記シリン
ダ１の内壁１ａ側に押圧されるように構成したこ
とを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 (2) 前記Ｏリング８は、前記ピストン７の段部
７ａに配設されていると共に、前記段部７ａの壁
部７ｂと前記移動体１０の内端部１０ａとの間に
位置していることを特徴とする請求項１記載のシ
