Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上面および両側面を案内面とする直線ガイド部
    材の外側に、上記上側案内面に対向する上板およ
    び両側案内面に対向する一対の側板を有するテー
    ブルを嵌合し、そのテーブルの上板下面とガイド
    部材の上側案内面の一方に、鉄芯にコイルを巻付
    けた電磁石を取付け、他方にその電磁石とでリニ
    アモータを形成する永久磁石を取付け、そのリニ
    アモータの両側位置において、前記上側案内面と
    上板の下面間および両側案内面と側板の内面側に
    、上側案内面および両側案内面に向けて圧縮気体
    を噴射するノズルを有するパツドを組込み、その
    パツドのテーブル内面と対向する外面中央部に球
    形凹部を形成し、前記テーブルには、各パツドの
    球形凹部に向けて先端を球面とした調節ねじをね
    じ込んだスライド装置。
