Claims (1)
- 一定量のコーヒ抽出液が収容された遮光性容器
と、前記容器の一面の投射窓に設けられた透光性
窓板と、前記窓板を通して前記コーヒ抽出液に一
定光量の光を投射する光源と、前記容器の他面に
配設され前記コーヒ抽出液を透過した前記光の透
過光量を測定する受光手段と、前記受光手段によ
る受光量より前記コーヒ抽出液の濃度を表示する
表示部とを備えたコーヒ抽出液の濃度測定装置。
