Claims (1)
向して配置された電磁コイルと、前記電磁コイル
のインダクタンスを発振周波数を決める要素とす
る発振回路と、前記発振回路の出力信号を平滑し
て検出信号を得る平滑化回路と、前記検出信号を
分圧する分圧回路と、前記分圧回路によつて得ら
れる分圧値の最大値をホールドするホールド回路
と、前記検出信号の値と前記ホールド回路の出力
値とを比較して前記回転体の回転速度に応じたパ
ルスを発生するパルス発生回路とを具備してなる
ことを特徴とする回転速度検出装置。 (2) 回転体に直結された歯車と、前記歯車に対
向して設置された電磁コイルと、前記電磁コイル
のインダクタンスを発振周波数を決める要素とす
る発振回路と、前記発振回路の出力信号を平滑し
て検出信号を得る平滑化回路と、前記平滑化回路
によつて得られる検出信号の最大値および最小値
をホールドするホールド回路と、ホールドされた
前記検出信号の最大値と最小値との平均値を出力
する平均化回路と、前記検出信号の値と上記平均
化回路の出力値とを比較して上記パルスを発生す
るパルス発生回路とを具備してなることを特徴と
する回転速度検出装置。 (3) 回転体に直結された歯車と、前記歯車に対
向して設置された電磁コイルと、前記電磁コイル
のインダクタンスを発振周波数を決める要素とす
る発振回路と、前記発振回路の出力信号を平滑し
て検出信号を得る平滑化回路と、前記平滑化回路
によつて得られる検出信号の最小値をホールドす
るホールド回路と、前記ホールド回路の出力値を
昇圧する昇圧回路と、前記検出信号の電圧レベル
と前記昇圧回路の出力値とを比較して前記回転体
の回転速度に応じたパルスを発生するパルス発生
回路とを具備してなることを特徴とする回転速度
検出装置。 (4) 回転体に直結された歯車と、前記歯車に対
向して設置された電磁コイルと、前記電磁コイル
のインダクタンスを発振周波数を決める要素とす
る発振回路と、前記発振回路の出力信号を平滑し
て検出信号を得る平滑化回路と、前記平滑化回路
によつて得られる検出信号の最大値をホールドす
るホールド回路と、前記ホールド回路の出力値を
分圧する分圧回路と、前記平滑化回路によつて得
られる検出信号の値と分圧回路によつて得られる
分圧値とを比較して前記回転体の回転速度に応じ
たパルスを発生するパルス発生回路とを具備して
なることを特徴とする回転速度検出装置。 (5) 前記電磁コイルと前記発振回路とを電線を
介して接続してなることを特徴とする請求項1,
2,3または4記載の回転速度検出装置。 (6) 前記発振回路と前記電線との間に、前記電
磁コイルと直列に抵抗器を挿入してなることを特
