- 外部リードを有する集積回路のパツケージ側部
に接触する第１の接触部と、該第１の接触部が該
パツケージに接触した際に、該パツケージより該
外部リードに沿つて流出したパツケージ材のバリ
の長さ以上に該パツケージから離れた位置で該外
部リードに接触する第２の接触部とを有する接触
子を具備することを特徴とする集積回路用ソケツ
ト。
