Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ (A) 太陽電池の一方の極と、該太陽電池の
一方の極と同じ極性の蓄電池の一方の極とを、抵
抗器を介して接続し、該太陽電池の他の極と、該
蓄電池の他の極とを接続した充電回路と、 (B) 該抵抗器の該蓄電池側の端子をトランジ
スタのベースに接続するとともに、トランジスタ
のエミツタまたはコレクタの少くとも一方を発光
ダイオードを介して、該太陽電池の該抵抗器を介
さない方の極に接続し、該発光ダイオードが接続
されない該トランジスタのエミツタまたはコレク
タを該充電回路の該抵抗器が介されている側で、
かつ該抵抗器の該太陽電池側に接続した点灯回路
とからなる充電量表示回路。 ２ 該点灯回路が少くとも２つ以上あり、該点灯
回路の該トランジスタのベースと、エミツタまた
はコレクタの間に印加される電圧が、互いに異な
るように設定された特許請求範囲第１項記載の充
電量表示回路。
