Claims (1)
- 発振回路の出力周波数に対応してオン／オフす
るスイツチ手段と、このスイツチ手段によつて１
次コイルへの給電が制御され２次コイルの出力が
超音波アクチエータの電極へ供給されるトランス
とを有する超音波アクチエータの駆動回路におい
て、前記発振回路の周波数を決める時定数素子に
前記超音波アクチエータの温度―回転数特性に対
応する特性のものを使用し、かつ、この時定数素
子を前記超音波アクチエータの熱が伝導される部
分に取り付けたことを特徴とする超音波アクチエ
ータの駆動回路。
