(Prior Art) Generally, a device for controlling resistance welding is equipped with a panel for setting welding conditions, displaying measured values such as welding current and energization time, and displaying predetermined alarms. FIG. 6 shows the front panel of a conventional resistance welding control device. Initial pressurization time (SQUEEZ), first energization time (WELD1), cooling time (COOL), second energization time (WELD2), holding time (HOLD), first energization current (CURR1), second energization current (CURR2), etc. Welding conditions are set and displayed using digital switches or thumb wheel switches 200A to 200D, and welding results and alarms are displayed on lamps 202 to 208.
It is now lit up and displayed. 210
-216 are current range changeover switches, reset switches, etc. This front panel allows two
Welding condition schedule (SOL A), (SOL
Settings can be displayed for B). FIG. 7 shows the front panel of another resistance welding control device. This is a key input type, and welding conditions and data are set and input from a numeric keypad type keyboard 300 and displayed on a seven segment type display 302.
Each setting condition such as the initial pressurization time and the first energization time is displayed as an address. For example, the address shown in the figure is "31",
DATA "030" indicates that the set value of the first energization time is 30 cycles. Such address display is defined in an address table as shown in FIG. 8, and is used for comparison when numerically inputting setting conditions and understanding the display contents. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the two types of resistance welding control devices described above each have the following inconveniences. First, since the resistance welding control device shown in FIG. 6 uses a digital switch, the number of welding condition schedules that can be set at one time is limited to two at most as shown in the figure. Therefore, in cases such as resistance welding using a welding robot, a series of welding condition schedules with different welding conditions are set up in advance, and these schedules are continuous at short time intervals (time intervals where there is no time to operate a digital switch). When this process is carried out on a regular basis, a single resistance welding control device cannot handle the problem and many devices are required, which poses problems in terms of cost and space. Furthermore, digital switches are prone to wear and play due to repeated use, making it difficult to adjust them to the set value and making setting operations cumbersome. Furthermore, since the input mechanism has a digital switch (thumb wheel switch) for each digit of each setting value, the number of digital switches increases as the type, number, and number of digits of setting items increase. This resulted in an increase in the number of processes, complexity, and high costs. In addition, in the resistance welding control device shown in Fig. 7, each welding condition is displayed as an address, which is difficult to read at a glance, and it is troublesome to refer to the address table (Fig. 8). Even people who are used to displaying addresses often misunderstand them. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and is capable of supporting a large number of welding condition schedules with a single machine, and also allows setting, changing, and checking of welding conditions, as well as interpretation of measured values, etc., to be performed easily and quickly. It is an object of the present invention to provide a resistance welding control device that can perform resistance welding. (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the resistance welding control device of the present invention each corresponds to one setting item of a welding schedule or welding conditions, and a setting item selection means consisting of a large number of selection keys for enabling setting input;
Setting input is enabled by a display means consisting of a large number of display elements, each corresponding to a setting item or measurement item, and arranged close to a selection key corresponding to that setting item, and a setting item selection means. key input means consisting of first and second data input keys for respectively incrementing and decrementing the set values for the set welding schedules; a schedule signal input means for inputting a schedule signal given from an external device prior to execution of the selected welding schedule; and a schedule signal input means for inputting a schedule signal given from an external device prior to execution of the selected welding schedule; A measuring means that measures conditions and obtains the measured values, displays the setting values of setting items on the corresponding display elements in the program mode, and stores the setting values for the welding schedule in response to the schedule signal in the operation mode. The measuring device is configured to include display control means for reading out the values from the measuring means and displaying them on the respective corresponding display elements, and displaying the measured values given by the measuring means on the respective corresponding display elements. (Function) In the program mode, when the selection key corresponding to the welding schedule is pressed, the schedule code becomes available for setting input. Under this condition, when the first data input key or the second data input key is pressed, the schedule code is incremented or decremented each time, and the value is displayed on the display element corresponding to the welding schedule one by one. be done. When the operation of the first data input key or the second data input key stops, the set value of the schedule code is determined. Next, for example, when the selection key corresponding to the maximum current value is pressed, the maximum current value can be set and input, and under this state, when the first or second data input key is pressed an appropriate number of times,
The set value of the maximum current value becomes the desired value. In this case, the display element corresponding to the maximum current value displays how the set input value of the maximum current value changes with time. Similar setting operations and operations are performed for other welding conditions. In addition, even values that have been set and input once can be easily changed, since pressing the selection key will enable resetting and inputting. The setting input values of each setting item are associated with each welding schedule and written to a predetermined storage address of the storage means. In this way, in the present invention, for any setting item, when the corresponding selection key is pressed, the setting can be input immediately, and in this state, each time the first or second data input key is pressed, Increment or decrement the configuration input value for that configuration item. Then, this setting input value is displayed for each setting item on a display element located close to the selection key, and the setting values for all setting items are displayed at the same time. This results in
From the worker's point of view, they can easily check what values are currently being input for which setting items for which welding schedule, and also know the setting values for other setting items at the same time, so they can easily check the setting input status. can be easily and reliably understood. Further, since the set values of the welding schedule are stored in the storage means, a large number of welding schedules can be set using a common selection key, data input key, and display element. Furthermore, the data input keys consist only of the first and second data input keys for incrementing and decrementing the setting value of each setting item, no matter how many types of setting items or number of digits of setting values increase. , the key input mechanism does not become complicated or expensive. In the operation mode, a schedule signal instructing a welding schedule to be executed is input from an external device to the schedule input means. Every time this schedule signal is input, the display control means reads out the schedule code and welding condition setting values of the welding schedule from the storage means, and displays them on the respective corresponding display elements. When this welding schedule is executed, the measuring means obtains measured values such as current values, and the display controlling means displays these measured values on the respective corresponding display elements. This allows workers to simply look at the front panel of a single welding control device even when multiple welding schedules are being executed continuously.
You can easily see at a glance which welding schedule was currently executed under what setting values and what welding results were obtained. (Embodiments) Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. Performs various calculations such as judgment. In addition to temporarily storing various calculation data obtained by the CPU 152 in the RAM 154, the schedule code and setting values entered from the front panel keys (panel keys) for each of the set welding schedules are stored in the RAM 154, for example, as shown in FIG. Overall Operation Next, the operation of the resistance welding control device 10 of the present invention will be explained with reference to the flowcharts of FIGS. 4 and 5. (A) Program mode (Figure 4) (a) First, when the program key 106 is pressed, the program mode for inputting settings is entered (step). (b) Next, when the "condition input" key 14 is pressed, the "condition input" display element 16 flashes and the welding schedule code can be input.
In this state, press the “+1 data input” key 108.
Alternatively, operate the "-1 data input" key 110 to set (select) the welding schedule (step, ). Thereby, if setting values have been previously registered for that welding schedule, those setting values are displayed on the respective corresponding display elements. (c) Next, when you press the key corresponding to the desired setting value to input or change it (step), the corresponding display element above that key will blink, so you can select the "+1 data input" key 108 or the "-" key. 1 data input" key 110 to input or change the set value (step). (d) Repeat the operation in (c) above to input or change all desired setting values (step). In such a case, when the "reset" key 134 is pressed, the lamp 122 will turn off and the abnormal display will be canceled (step, ).
Wait for the next schedule signal. Then, when the next schedule signal is given, the same operation as described above is repeated. (Effects of the Invention) By having the above-described configuration, the present invention provides the following effects. (1) In program mode, schedule codes and setting values for various welding conditions are input in advance for a large number of welding schedules and stored in a predetermined memory location, and in operation mode, in response to schedule signals from external equipment, The schedule code and setting values corresponding to the welding schedule to be executed are automatically read out and displayed, and various measured values obtained as a result of the execution of the welding schedule are displayed, so one machine can handle many welding schedules. can correspond to (2) The selection keys and display elements are placed close to each other for each setting item, and the setting values for all setting items are displayed at the same time.In the program mode, you can see which setting item is currently used for which welding schedule. At a glance, you can quickly and easily understand what values are being set and input, what the settings are for other setting items, etc. In addition, in operation mode, even if a large number of welding schedules are executed continuously, you can check which welding schedule is currently being executed at what setting values and what welding results are by simply looking at the front panel of one welding control device. You can easily and reliably know at a glance whether the results have been obtained or not. (3) Since all data (schedule code, welding conditions) can be entered using the common first and second data input keys using the increment and decrement method, the types of setting items and the number of digits of the setting values can be changed. No matter how many keys are added, the key input mechanism will not become complicated or expensive.
