  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電子レンジ本体のキヤビテイ天面の外側に配設
    され、マイクロ波発振器で発振されたマイクロ波
    を導く導波管と、キヤビテイ天面に形成された導
    波管のマイクロ波給電口と、キヤビテイ内に配設
    されたヒーターとを備えたヒーター付電子レンジ
    において、 電子レンジのヒーターを支持する支持部材をセ
    ラミツクで形成するとともに、該支持部材を前記
    導波管を貫通して導波管上面に固定したことを特
    徴とするヒーター付電子レンジ。
