Claims (1)
- 脱ガス槽と当該脱ガス槽に連通する排ガスダク
トに設けられた排ガスクーラとの間に気体熱交換
器を配設し、上記気体熱交換器に気体を流して上
記脱ガス槽の内壁面から排ガスクーラへの放射伝
熱を緩和するように構成したことを特徴とする真
空脱ガス装置。
