る。 １０……インナパイプ、１２……摺動部材（樹
脂ベアリング）、１３……ゴム材、１５……アウ
タパイプ、Ｓａ，Ｓｂ……分割体、２０ａ，２０
ｂ……嵌合用凹部。

Claims (1)
- インナパイプの外周面に少なくとも軸方向一部
に沿つて摺動部材を設けるとともにこの摺動部材
の外周面をゴム材で覆い、このゴム材の外周面に
沿つてアウタパイプを一体に固着してなり、上記
摺動部材は低摩擦係数材であり、その摩擦特性に
よりインナパイプとアウタパイプにすべり作用を
行なわせ、上記ゴム材はそのせん断歪みでインナ
パイプとアウタパイプとの相対回転を行なわせる
ものにおいて、上記インナパイプおよびゴム材は
互いに軸方向略中央部で２分割し、両方のインナ
パイプの互いに当接する端面から軸方向に沿つて
その外周面側であるゴム材に当接端面側が最も直
径が大でかつ端部に沿つて漸次縮径する外周断面
略半球状の嵌合用凹部を設け、上記摺動部材はそ
の略中央部が最も直径が大でかつ両端部に沿つて
漸次縮径する外周断面略球状に形成され、上記一
方の嵌合用凹部にその略半分の部分を嵌着すると
ともに残り半分の部分を突出させ、この突出部を
他方の嵌合用凹部に嵌着して一体化したことを特
徴とするすべりブツシング。
