Claims (1)
- 強誘電体と導体により発生電界分布を制御吸収
し、磁極間間隔を任意の寸法に可変出来、かつ磁
性コア部分に磁性流体や冷風等を用いる冷却機構
を設けた構造の誘導加熱用アプリケーター。
