It floats to the air reservoir chamber and becomes bubble-like, and as the mixed gas accumulates in the air reservoir chamber, the liquid level in the air reservoir chamber is pushed down by the gas pressure, and when more than a certain amount of gas accumulates, it floats as the liquid level falls. The valve was opened and the gas in the air reservoir was discharged to the outside of the separator body.

However, it is not possible to reduce the size of the device accordingly, and it has the disadvantage that, for example, it is difficult to install it in a tank truck or the like where miniaturization is desired due to the installation space.

When is driven, the liquid in the tank 18 is sucked through the piping 24a, and the liquid is force-fed to the air separator 1 through the piping 24b. Gas bubbles are mixed in the liquid fed to the air separator 1 from the piping 24b, and the air bubbles are also measured as a flow rate when measuring the flow rate. decelerated within. Therefore, the liquid comes into contact with the outer peripheral bottom part 4c of the cylindrical part 4 at a flow rate lower than that when being fed through the pipe 24, and gradually rises while being divided into two directions (directions of arrows Z 1 and Z 2 ). As the flow rate of the liquid increases, the bubbles of the gas mixed in the liquid float faster than the liquid in the direction of the arrow Y, allowing smooth gas-liquid separation. The bubbles are guided upwardly from both sides of the cylindrical member 4 in FIG. 2 by the partition plates 3 while being restricted from moving in the directions of arrows X 1 and X 2 .

Further, the liquid flows into the strainer 8 through the lattice-shaped gaps in the support body 9, and reaches the strainer chamber 13 after removing dust and the like.

Note that the partition plate 3 is located above the cylindrical member 4 (in the direction of arrow Y).
Therefore, the bubbles above the cylindrical member 4 ascend the guide part 3b while being restricted from moving in the directions of arrows X 1 and

ない。 The bubbles separated by the gas-liquid separation section 5 float to the liquid surface of the gas recovery section 6 and become foam-like. These bubbles gradually accumulate in the gas recovery section 6 as the liquid is fed. However, the gas recovery section 6 is connected to the exhaust port 7 and the piping 2.
Since it is constantly connected to the tank 18 via 5,
As the bubbles accumulate in the gas recovery section 6, the foamy mist is immediately discharged from the discharge port 7 to the outside of the air separator 1 along with a portion of the liquid, and is then passed through the piping 25 into the tank 18 from the upper opening of the original tank 18. It is returned to the space part of. For this reason, there is no problem where too many bubbles from the mixed gas accumulate in the gas recovery section 6, descend toward the gas-liquid separation section 5, and get mixed into the liquid again.

ない。 Note that the flow path of the discharge port 7 is narrowed to a relatively small size, and by setting the discharge port 7 to an arbitrary size, the ratio of the discharge amount of mist to the liquid flow rate can be set. If it is desired to vary the amount of mist discharged depending on the type of liquid, a throttle valve may be provided in the discharge port 7 or the piping 25 to enable adjustment. Also, the mist containing part of the liquid along with the gas is returned to the tank 18 from the gas recovery section 6, but the return amount is only a few percent of the total flow rate, which is sufficient to remove air bubbles.
There is no problem in feeding the liquid inside to another tank 20.

にならない。 The foamy mist from the gas recovery section 6 is returned to the original space of the tank 18 through the drain port 7 and the piping 25, and the tank 18 functions as a mist receiver for diffusing the foamy mixed gas. Therefore, the liquid part contained in the mist is pumped again to the pump 19.
The liquid is fed to the air separator 1 so that the liquid is not wasted.

計測誤差等の不都合は生じない。 In addition, when the liquid is kerosene, the separated gas tends to become foamy and cloudy, but since the cloudy mist generated by the separated bubbles is returned to the tank 18 from the gas recovery section 6, the gas can be recovered. Part 6
The liquid is not accumulated in the tank 18, floats on the liquid surface in the tank 18, and is finally fed from the tank 18. Therefore, it is convenient when performing gas-liquid separation using the small air separator 1. Note that since the mist is returned to the tank 18 before the flow meter 21, problems such as measurement errors do not occur when measuring the flow rate.

Note that the air separator 1 has a built-in strainer 8, and there is no need to provide another strainer on the pipe 24c between the air separator 1 and the flow meter 21.

As the gas is returned to the tank space from the gas recovery section, there is no need for a conventional float valve that opens and closes depending on the separated gas and discharges the gas to the outside. In addition, since no space is required to install a float valve, the device can be made more compact, making it cheaper to manufacture. In addition, since not only gas but also foamy liquid is returned to the original tank, it is possible to use kerosene, etc., for example. Since the white cloudy mist that is generated is discharged to the original tank without being accumulated, there is no inconvenience caused by too much foam accumulating and returning to the liquid, and the tank can also function as a mist receiver, preventing mist from accumulating inside. It is convenient for small-sized devices, and has the advantage of being particularly suitable for use in places where installation space is restricted, such as tank trucks.

タ装置。[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] An air separator device that is installed in the middle of a feed path for feeding liquid from a tank to the outside and separates gas and liquid, the air separator device: on the downstream side of the feed path. A cylindrical part with a notch formed on the upper side to serve as an opening communicating with the cylindrical part and extending in the horizontal direction; a gas-liquid separation section consisting of a plurality of partition plates extending upward and downward around the cylindrical section for guiding; and a gas-liquid separation section that separates the mixed gas from the liquid by the gas-liquid separation section. It has an outlet to which a pipe for returning a part of the liquid into the space of the tank is connected, and a gas recovery section provided above the gas-liquid separation section. Air separator device.
