Claims (1)
- 吸気孔、吹出孔を有する加熱室内に収容される
被加熱物を加熱する加熱手段と、この加熱手段に
よつて被加熱物から発生される水蒸気、ミストを
含む熱風を、吸気孔を介して吸気し、その後吹出
孔を介して加熱室に循環させるための熱風循環系
路及びこの系路に介設される送風手段と、上記熱
風循環系路内に配設され、上記熱風が通過したと
きに熱風中の水蒸気、ミストを分離・除去しうる
水蒸気・ミスト分離・除去手段とからなる加熱調
理装置。
