- 食品を収納する加熱室と、該加熱室上部に設け
られた上ヒーターと加熱室下部に設けられた下ヒ
ーターと前記加熱室内の温度を検出する感熱素子
を備え、運転初期加熱時一定温度に達するまでは
前記上下両ヒーターで加熱し、それ以後は上ヒー
ターのみで加熱する事を特徴とする食品加熱装置
。
