    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子を放出するための陰極と、この陰極から放
    出される電子を集束するための集束電極と、前記
    陰極の電位に対して正の電位が印加されて電子を
    加速するための加速電極、あるいはこの加速電極
    を兼ねる他の部品を有する電子銃において電子銃
    と遅波回路部とが共有する磁極、加速電極支持体
    もしくは、真空外囲器を兼ねる構造部を２つ以上
    の構造とし、その中の少なくとも１つを変形でき
    るようにしたことを特徴とする電子銃。
