Claims (1)
- 断熱壁で囲まれ内部に加熱装置を有する加熱室
を、炉体内に設けた連続式真空炉において、前記
炉体に基部を固着され底部断熱壁を貫通する固定
ビーム支持柱の上端に固定ビームを取付け、底部
断熱壁の下方に移動台と該移動台をウオーキング
運動させる駆動機構とを設け、底部断熱壁には開
口部を設けるとともに該開口部を閉鎖するシール
板を炉長方向に摺動自在に取付け、前記移動台に
基部を固着した可動ビーム支持柱を、前記シール
板に設けた穴に上下方向に摺動自在に挿通させ、
前記可動ビーム支持柱の上端に可動ビームを取付
けたことを特徴とする連続式真空炉用搬送装置。
