Claims (1)
- 炉壁開口部の炉外側に筐体を設け、前記炉壁開
口部と対向する該筐体の面に透明のシール材より
なる計測窓を設け、前記筐体にパージガスを流入
し前記透明のシール材を炉内からの汚染に対し保
護する炉内計測窓パージ装置において、前記筐体
内部であつて前記炉壁開口部に、計測光軸に平行
な多数の開孔を有する多孔板と、該多孔板の上流
側に前記透明のシール材と所定の間隔を設けて整
流ノズルとを設けたことを特徴とする炉内計測窓
パージ装置。
