Claims (1)
- 表面に螢光物質を付着させた表示パターンを配
設した陽極基板とカバーガラスとを封着してなる
気密容器の内部に、制御用グリツド電極、フイラ
メントを備えた螢光表示パネルにおいて、前記陽
極基板は、金属板に釉薬を塗布して焼成した基板
の主表面に前記表示パターンを配設したものから
なり、一枚の前記陽極基板の主表面上に少なくと
も２個の前記気密容器を形成したことを特徴とす
る螢光表示パネル。
