- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 タンクと、 タンク内の比重が相互に異なる液相の界面の位
置を検出する手段と、 上下に変位可能なベローズを有し、このベロー
ズによつて２つに仕切られた部屋を有し、一方の
部屋はタンクの下部に連通されており、ベローズ
の上部に流通孔を有し、流通孔を介して他方の部
屋から液体を排出する調節弁手段と、 界面検出手段の出力に応答して、界面が上昇す
るときベローズの上部を下降するように駆動して
、界面を予め定める位置に保つ制御手段とを含む
ことを特徴とする２液相界面制御装置。
