- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部にＣＰＵ、メモリ、入出力回路を有し、外
部にプログラムメモリを接続する接続端子を備え
た半導体装置において、 内部にプルアツプもしくはプルダウン抵抗また
はその他の設定用スイツチを構成するトランジス
タを設けるとともに、外部に前記トランジスタに
対するオン／オフ制御信号の入力端子を設けたこ
と特徴とする１チツプマイクロコンピユータのプ
ログラム評価用半導体装置。
