Claims (1)
- 袋状部をもつ表皮カバーのカバー主部がセツト
される成形凹部を有する下型と、前記成形凹部を
閉塞する上型とを備え、かつ前記下型の成形凹部
の側面に前記表皮カバーの袋状部に対応する横穴
状の横穴部が形成され、前記セツトされた表皮カ
バー内にウレタン等の発泡材を注入して発泡させ
て一体化する一体発泡成形に用いられる発泡型で
あつて、前記下型を前記成形凹部と横穴部とのほ
ぼ境界付近を分割面として、前記成形凹部を形成
する主型部と、前記横穴部を形成する副型部とに
二分割すると共に、主型部には副型部がその横穴
部の分割端面を上向きとなしうるように回動可能
に設けられている発泡型。
